PICTURED: There has been growing concerns and fears over Val Kilmer's state of health.
He has been recentlyseen wearing a tracheostomy tube after reassuring fans he is not battling throat cancer.
Val has also been wearing bandanas around his neck for a couple of months.
Previously, He said he had received treatment for a 'complication' he suffered.
He had a 'swelling' from a procedure which was 'not an operation on this area.
'
He however assured fans in late October that he was not battling throat cancer.
